NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution passed on June 22, 2026, by the Board of Education of the Oakwood City School District, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the General Election to be held on November 3, 2026, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Oakwood City School District for the purpose of general permanent improvements, that the county auditor estimates will collect $550,900 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.8 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $35 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2027, first due in calendar year 2028.
