NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution passed on July 17, 2025 by the Clayton Charter Review Commission, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the General Election to be held on November 4, 2025, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: The City of Clayton proposes amending the following Clayton City Charter Sections: Section 4.031 Procedure for Passage of Ordinances, Section 4.032 Procedure for Passage of Resolutions, Section 4.04 Codification of Ordinances and Section 8.02 Contracting Powers and Procedures. Shall the proposed charter amendments, as reported by the charter commission of the City of Clayton be adopted? The polls for said election will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. on said day.
