NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a petition filed and certified by the Board of Elections, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of the City of Kettering, Precinct 3-H at the General Election to be held on November 4, 2025, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by HHRA Liquor, L.L.C., dba Kettering Wine & Spirits a liquor agency store, and applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a carryout/liquor agency store at 1218 E. Stroop Road, Kettering, Ohio 45429 in this precinct? The polls for said election will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. on said day.
