NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution passed on July 1, 2025 by the Board of Trustees of Jefferson Township, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the General Election to be held on November 4, 2025, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: An additional tax for the benefit of Jefferson Township for the purpose of roads and bridges that the county auditor estimates will collect $661,534 annually, at a rate not exceeding 6 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $210 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for 5 years, commencing in 2025, first due in calendar year 2026.
