NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution passed on May 28, 2025, by the Board of Education of the New Lebanon Local School District, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the General Election to be held on November 4, 2025, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: Shall an annual income tax of one-half of one percent (0.5%) on the school district income of individuals and of estates be imposed by the New Lebanon Local School District, to renew an income tax expiring at the end of 2026 for five years, beginning January 1, 2027, for the purpose of current expenses?
