Notice of Election on Proposition R.C. 3501.11(G) Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the City Council of City of Oxford of Oxford, Ohio, passed on the 21st day of July, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of City of Oxford at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 2026 the question of: Shall the Charter of the Municipality of Oxford, Ohio be amended by: 1. removing Section 2.12 regarding utility users liable for own uses and not for others; 2. revising Section 3.05 to require that initiative or referendum petitions be filed with the city clerk and not the city auditor; 3. revising Section 4.01 to provide the option of the city manager residing outside the city with the approval of city council; 4. revising Section 4.02(7) to remove the reference to Civil Service Commission and insert reference to Personnel Appeals Board; 5. revising Section 9.07 Recall by removing existing wording and replacing with new process; 6. removing Section 10.01 regarding official bonds and renumber remaining Sections?
