Notice of Election on Proposition R.C. 3501.11(G) Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an Ordinance of the Village Council of the Village of Millville of Millville, Ohio, passed on the 1st day of July, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of the Village of Millville at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025, the question of Shall the Village of Millville have the authority to aggregate the retail natural gas loads located in the Village of Millville, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of natural gas, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?
