NOTICE OF ELECTION ON TAX LEVY IN EXCESS OF THE TEN MILL LIMITATION R.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25 Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Township of Milford of Hamilton, Ohio, passed on the 3rd day of June, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025, the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of the Township of Milford for the purpose of providing ambulance service, emergency medical service, or both. Tax being an additional tax of $255,338 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1.85 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $65 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for a period of five 5 years.
