NOTICE OF FISCAL MEETING FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE STILLWATER CROSSINGS NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY VILLAGE OF WEST MILTON, OHIO The Board of Trustees (the "Board") of the Stillwater Crossings New Community Authority (the "Authority") will hold its annual fiscal meeting on September 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the West Milton Village Hall, 701 Miami Street, West Milton, Ohio 45383. The purposes of the meeting are to (i) conduct the annual organizational meeting of the Board; (ii) consider setting the community development charges to be imposed for tax year 2025, collection in calendar year 2026; (iii) consider an annual operating budget for the Authority; (iv) consider authorizing the Authority to renew or obtain necessary insurance coverage; and (v) consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board. 8-31/2025
