NOTICE OF MEETING FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE DAYTON ARCADE NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY CITY OF DAYTON, OHIO The Board of Trustees (the "Board") of the Dayton Arcade New Community Authority (the "Authority") will hold its annual fiscal meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the Koorndyk Room at the Dayton Arcade Innovation Hub, 31 South Main St., Dayton, Ohio 45402. The purposes of the meeting are (i) to conduct the annual organizational meeting and annual fiscal meeting of the Board, (ii) consider implementation of charges, and (iii) to consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board. 8-31/2026
