NOTICE OF PROPOSED RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed with the Clerk of the City Commission of The City of Springfield, Ohio, praying for the vacation of the first alley east of South Yellow Springs Street from West Clark Street south to the first east-west intersecting alley. A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 6:55 PM EDT, in the City Commission Forum, City Hall, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, to consider the vacation of said right-of-way.
