NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING #3 State of Ohio Program Year 2025 CDBG Funding DATE: November 19th, 2025 10:00AM LOCATION: 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503 Springview Government Center (Room 151) Date of Publication: Monday, November 10th, 2025 Clark County intends to submit an application to the Ohio Department of Development for funding under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, a federally funded program administered by the State of Ohio. On April 24th, 2025 a public hearing was held at the Springview Government Center to inform citizens about this and other programs, how funds may be used, what activities are eligible, and other important program requirements. Project applications were subsequently received from community partners. Based upon public input and local officials' assessment of need, projects selected to be included in Clark County's PY25 application for CDBG Flexible Grant Funding include: PY2025 CDBG Flexible Grant Funding Project CDBG Funding: $ 250,000 Project Other Funding: $ 35,000 Project Timeline: 01 Jan 2026 31 Mar 2028 Project Partners: Project Woman Nehemiah Foundation Project Activities: Public Services for Adult Survivors of Domestic Violence Public Services for Abused Children Project Locations: Clark County, Ohio National Objective: Low-Moderate Income Households (Limited Clientele Groups) A Public Hearing will be held on November 19th, 2025 at 10:00AM in the Board of Clark County Commissioners Chambers, 3130 East Main Street, Room 131, Springfield, Ohio. The purpose of this hearing is to provide citizens with an opportunity to review and comment on these project applications prior to submission to the Ohio Department of Development.
