NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Centerville City Council The City Council shall hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 18, 2026, during the meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Centerville Municipal Building, 100 West Spring Valley Road, Centerville, Ohio concerning Ordinance Number 07-26, An Ordinance Amending Ordinance Number 14-08, Chapter 1216, The Unified Development Ordinance, As Amended, To Rezone And Correct The Zoning For Two Parcels Of Land Amounting To 31.945 Acres Of Land, More Or Less, Located At 7155 Wilmington Pike, From B-PD, Business Planned Development District In The North Of The Two Parcels To B-PD, Business Planned Development District In The North Of The Properties; And From O-PD, Office Planned Development District In The South Of The Parcel To R-PD, Residential Planned Development District For The South Of The Properties Zoning Classification.
