Notice of Public Hearing Fairfield Township Zoning Commission Notice is hereby given that the Fairfield Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Fairfield Township Administration Building, 6032 Morris Road, Fairfield Township, Ohio. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Case No. FTZC26-1C, a request by Bridgewater Church to rezone approximately 10.92 acres located at 3100 Princeton Road from A-1 Agricultural District to B-PUD (Business Planned Unit Development District) and to consider the Preliminary Development Plan. This hearing is open to the public.
