NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the offices of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, Fifth Third Center, 1 South Main Street, Suite 1300, Dayton, Ohio 45402, in connection with the proposed action of the Dayton-Montgomery County Port Authority (the "Issuer") on April 15, 2026, at 10 a.m. This hearing is for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance in one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds (the "Bonds") pursuant to a common plan of finance, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $30,000,000, by the Issuer, pursuant to Sections 13 and 16 of Article VIII of the Ohio Constitution and Sections 4582.21 through 4582.59 of the Ohio Revised Code, as amended. If the Bonds are approved, the proceeds will be loaned to Terrace Ridge Preservation, L.P., a New York limited partnership, or its successors and assigns (the "Borrower") for the purpose of financing a portion of the acquisition, rehabilitation, and equipping of a multifamily residential rental facility containing an aggregate of approximately one hundred sixty-seven (167) living units for low to moderate income seniors to be located at 1312 McKaig Avenue in Troy, Ohio, 45373, in Miami County (the "Project"). The initial legal owner or principal user of the Project is expected to be the Borrower. THE BONDS SHALL NOT REPRESENT OR CONSTITUTE A DEBT OR PLEDGE OF FAITH AND CREDIT OR ANY TAXING POWER OF THE ISSUER, THE CITY OF DAYTON, OHIO, THE COUNTY OF MONTGOMERY, OHIO, THE STATE OF OHIO OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF OHIO. Interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and will be given an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed issuance of the Bonds and the financing of the Project.
