Under the UC-C designation, assembly hall and conference center use types are a conditional use and require Planning Commission review and approval. Public Hearing Alternative Equivalent Review: A request for alternative compliance has been submitted by applicant Joel Gilbert, PE, on behalf of property owner Middletown Properties Company Limited for a proposed for Dutch Bros Coffee located at 413 S. Breiel Boulevard and is identified by the Butler County Auditor as parcel ID #Q6541023000001. The requested review is for a total of 0.59-acre site. Two requests will also be heard for park impact fee waiver pursuant to Chapter 1214: Parkland Dedication and Open Space of the Middletown Development Code.
