Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) at 2:00 pm., Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at Wright Stop Plaza, Multipurpose Room 4 S. Main Street, Dayton, Ohio. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the suggested 2026 49 USC 5307 and 49 USC 5337 & 5339 proposed projects identified below. 49 USC 5307 and 49 USC 5337 & 5339 Program of Projects The Federal Transit Act, as amended, includes the formula assistance program under 49 USC 5307 and 49 USC 5337 & 5339, which makes Federal resources available to urbanized areas for capital and planning assistance purposes. Pursuant to the provisions of this Act, the RTA, as a designated recipient of 49 USC 5307 and 49 USC 5337 & 5339 funds for the Dayton Urbanized Area, and as the applicant, suggests that it undertake the following capital projects.
