Rezoning Case # Z-2026-06, Property Owner/Applicant: City of Springfield, who is seeking to rezone 3.6 acres from A-1 (Agricultural) to I-1 (Light Industrial) to ensure zoning consistency for parcels surrounding the Springfield-Beckley Airport and/or parcels within the Joint Economic Development District.
