NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on behalf of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (the "Issuer") on Thursday, September 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at Ohio Housing Finance Agency via teleconference. Pursuant to Revenue Procedure 2020-21, the public hearing may be accessed by dialing the Toll-free Number (866) 306-1693, Access Code 484-858-891#. This hearing is for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance in one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds (the "Bonds") pursuant to a common plan of finance, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $31,000,000, by the Issuer, pursuant to Article VIII, Section 16 of the Ohio Constitution and Chapter 175 of the Ohio Revised Code, as amended. If the Bonds are approved, the proceeds will be loaned to Middletown Phase Three, L.P., an Ohio limited partnership, or its successors and assigns (the "Borrower") for the purpose of financing a portion of the acquisition, rehabilitation and equipping of a scattered-site multifamily residential rental facility containing an aggregate of approximately one hundred seventy-seven (177) living units for low to moderate income residents located at (i) 2401 Easton Avenue, (ii) 821 Lincoln Street, (iii) 909 9th Avenue and (iv) 4601 Freedom Court, each in Middletown, Butler County, Ohio (the "Project"). The initial legal owner or principal user of the Project is expected to be the Borrower. THE BONDS SHALL NOT REPRESENT OR CONSTITUTE A DEBT OR PLEDGE OF FAITH AND CREDIT OR ANY TAXING POWER OF THE ISSUER, THE STATE OF OHIO OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF OHIO.
