NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON RE-EMPLOYMENT OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEE Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 3307.353, the Miami Valley Career Technology Center Board of Education gives notice that Ray Caruthers will retire under the State Teachers Retirement System, effective May 28, 2026, Brenda Wheat will retire under the State Teachers Retirement System, effective May 31, 2026, Frank Wright will retire under the State Teachers Retirement System, effective May 31, 2026, and Blaine Heeter will retire under the State Teachers Retirement System, effective July 1, 2026 and is seeking employment with this Board thereafter in the same position. The Board will hold a public hearing on May 12, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Administration Building on the issue of the employee's re-employment. 5-1/2026
