NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON RE-EMPLOYMENT OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEE Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 3307.353, the Miami Valley Career Technology Center Board of Education gives notice that Rhonda Phillips will retire under the State Teachers Retirement System, effective December 31, 2026 and is seeking employment with this Board thereafter in the same position. The Board will hold a public hearing on September 8, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Administration Building on the issue of the employee's re-employment. 8-14/2026
