NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 427 Elbron Rd., 3709 Petre Rd., 2002 Scioto Dr., 501 Highview Ave., 4 W. Possum Rd., 711 Lyle Ave., 1755 S. Burnett Rd., and 301 Kinnane Ave. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 505.87, notice is hereby given that the Springfield Township Trustees will hold a hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 5:30 PM at 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road, Springfield OH 45506. The subject of the hearing will be whether maintenance of the vegetation, garbage, refuse, or other debris on the property constitutes a nuisance. At the hearing you may be represented by an attorney and present evidence regarding these issues. One or more township employees will present evidence as to the state of the Subject Property and whether your maintenance of it constitutes a nuisance.
