NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, 8/26/2026, at 6:00 pm at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road to hear the following cases: BZA-2026-15, Victory Baptist Church of Springfield, who is requesting a Conditional Use per Article 37 Section 3700 for a radio tower at 2691 W. Possum Rd. BZA-2026-16, Victory Baptist Church of Springfield, who is requesting a Variance from Article 37, Section 3702 to reduce setbacks for a radio tower at 2691 W. Possum Rd. BZA-2026-17, Kenneth Howard Allen Jr., who is requesting a Variance from Article 26, Section 2600 to reduce the frontage for a lot split/land division at 2626 Ridge Rd. 8-12/2026
