NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING City of Kettering 2026 2030 Consolidated Plan The City of Kettering is developing its 20262030 Consolidated Plan, which will guide how funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will be used to address affordable housing and community development needs over the next five years. As part of this community-driven planning process, a public meeting will be held April 2, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Wilmington-Stroop Library, 3980 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, Ohio. Persons living or working in the City of Kettering are encouraged to attend.
