NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Notice is hereby given that the CEDA Regional Planning Commission will hold an Emergency Meeting on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 1:30 pm. in Conference Room 151 at the Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45505. The meeting will serve as an executive session for a conference with Jeff Stankunas and/or Adrew Frasier, attorneys for CEDA at Isaac Wiles, concerning a dispute with CEDA that is the subject of a pending court action pursuant to R.C. 121.22(G)(3) and to present a resolution to amend and approve the minutes of the October 5, 2023 meeting.
