Anders, Deceased, et al. praying for judgment in the amount of $43,964.91 with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from February 10, 2026 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which Defendant, Andrew James Anders, is the owner of; Real estate located at 6666 State Route 48, Springboro, OH 45066 as further described in Plaintiff's mortgage recorded on in of the Mortgage Records of Warren County, Ohio. and that the aforementioned Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Warren County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Dayton Daily News and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which River Valley Credit Union Inc. is entitled.
