Lawson, Deceased, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on August 26, 2025, Allweath Federal Credit Union, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshaling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of Butler County, Ohio, Butler County Government Services Building, 315 High St., Hamilton, OH 45011 being Case No. CV 2025 08 2080 against Lisa K. Lawson, Deceased, et al., praying for judgment in the amount of $96,508.44 with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from July 17, 2025 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendants, heirs, legatees, and/or devisees are now the owner of in fee simple the owners of: Real estate located at 838 Franklin St., Hamilton, OH 45013, as further described in Plaintiff's mortgage recorded on October 11, 2022 in OR Book 9907 Page 911 of the Mortgage Records of Butler County, Ohio. and that the aforementioned Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Butler County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Journal-News and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Allweath Federal Credit Union is entitled.
