NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TURTLECREEK-MONROE RACEWAY JOINT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Turtlecreek-Monroe Raceway Joint Economic Development District will hold a regular meeting on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at the Offices of Turtlecreek Township, 670 North State Route 123, Lebanon, OH 45036. The purposes of the meeting are: (i) to conduct the regular business affairs of the Board; and (ii) to consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board or any duly appointed committee of the Board. 10-30/2025
