NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE RENAISSANCE ARENA DISTRICT NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY, CITY OF MIDDLETOWN, OHIO The Board of Trustees (the "Board") of the Renaissance Arena District New Community Authority (the "Authority") will hold a regular meeting on September 26, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at 1 Donham Plaza, Conference Room 2C, Middletown, Ohio 45042. The purposes of the meeting are to (i) consider finalization of a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for the Authority, (ii) consider a Resolution setting, or waiving, one or more community development charges for tax year 2025 payable in calendar year 2026, and (iii) consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board. 9-25/2025
