NOTICE OF REZONING APPLICATION To all citizens of Corwin, Ohio and other interested persons: An application to rezone a parcel of property in downtown Corwin, Ohio, specifically 113 High Street, at the corner of High and Partridge Streets from R-1 Residential to R-2 Residential which, if granted, would allow the new construction of a duplex on that lot. A Public Hearing will be held on September 14, 2026, 7:00 PM at the Wayne Township Administrative Building, 6050 N. Clarksville Road.
