NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS, BUTLER COUNTY, OHIO CITIZENS BANK, N.A. PLAINTIFF, VS. GREGORY LEWIS SPARKS, ET AL. DEFENDANTS. CASE NO. CV 2025 10 2664 To the Defendants Tracy Elaine Maples, aka Tracy E. Maples and the unknown spouse, if any, of Tracy Elaine Maples, aka Tracy E. Maples whose last known address is 9617 Forest Hill Drive, Harrison, Ohio 45030 whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained: Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 23rd day of October, 2025. The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the property located at 3672 East Taylor School Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, PPN: N5910034000024 The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against Defendant Gregory Lewis Sparks in the amount of $158,844.58 plus interest at the rate of 3.1250% per annum from May 1, 2025 costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.
