CASE NO. 26CV101578 To the Defendants the unknown spouse, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, devisees, legatees, and/or assigns, and their spouses, creditors, executors, executrices, administrators, heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, devisees, and/or assigns, if any, of James S. Farley, Jr. whose present location is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained: Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a defendant in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on the 13th day of October, 2026. The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under one mortgage against the following described real estate: Permanent Parcel No. 1822100024 Property Address: 7226 South State Route 123, Blanchester, Ohio 45107 The relief demanded by Plaintiff is judgment against Defendant James S. Farley, Jr. in the amount of $216,301.37 plus interest at the rate of 7.120% per annum from May 1, 2025 costs and such other legal and equitable relief to which it may be entitled.
