NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE STILLWATER CROSSINGS NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY VILLAGE OF WEST MILTON, OHIO The Board of Trustees (the "Board") of the Stillwater Crossings New Community Authority (the "Authority") will hold a special meeting on November 4, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Members of the public may attend virtually by emailing sheridan@westmiltonohio.gov and hall@westmiltonohio.gov to request a virtual meeting link to join the meeting. The purposes of the meeting are to (i) consider administrative actions necessary in connection with the payment and receipt of certain NCA charges; and (ii) consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board. 11-2/2025
