NOTICE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING OF THE DAYTON REGIONAL ENERGY SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, INC. The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Centerville, Dayton, Kettering, Oakwood, Riverside, Springboro, Washington Township Regional Energy Special Improvement District, Inc., doing business under the registered trade name the Dayton Regional Energy Special Improvement District, Inc. (the "District"), will hold a meeting at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026 at the offices of the law firm Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP at 312 N. Patterson Boulevard, Suite 200, Dayton, Ohio 45402. The District is a nonprofit corporation and special improvement district created pursuant to Chapters 1702 and 1710 of the Ohio Revised Code to govern the Dayton Regional Energy Special Improvement District. The purposes of this meeting of the Board are to: (1) consider one or more resolutions approving a financing for special energy improvement projects located at 33 W. 1st Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402, including the approval of a Petition and Supplemental Plan associated with such financing; and (2) consider any other business which properly may come before the Board. 5-25/2026
