NOTICE OF VACATING ALLEY IN THE UNINCORPORATED VILLAGE OF ROSSVILLE, SPRINGCREEK TOWNSHIP, MIAMI COUNTY, OHIO Notice is hereby given there has been a petition, signed by the Board of Trustees of Springcreek Township, Miami County, Ohio, filed with the Board of Miami County Commissioners, to vacate three alleys in the Unincorporated Village of Rossville, Springcreek Township, Miami County, Ohio. Described as: Being the entirety of three (3) alley sections being between Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and South of Lot 61 running North and South, an alley between Lots 21, 55, and 61, running East and West, and an alley between Lots 21, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, and 60, running East and West in the Unincorporated Village of Rossville, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 553.045(B), currently existing within Springcreek Township, Miami County, Ohio, a township road being two alleys, 16-feet, more or less in width, and an alley 10-feet more or less in width, located in the Unincorporated Village of Rossville, also known as, and referred to herinafter as Rossville, recorded in Deed Book Volume 19, Page 98 and Record Plat Volume 1, Page 205 and 206 of the Miami County, Ohio Recorder's Office Records and described in detail by Springcreek Township Resolution No. 21-2025. The Petitioners, Board of Trustees of Springcreek Township, Miami County, Ohio state that the previously described alleys have become grown over with grass as a result of non-use, are not used to calculate distributions of the auto registration fund and are not certified by the Board of Trustees to the director of transportation as mileage in the township used by and maintained for the public. The Board of Miami County Commissioners has fixed the 16th day of September 2025 at 9:10 a.m. in the Miami County Commissioners' Hearing Room, Safety Building, 201 W.
