NOTICE OF WARREN COUNTY'S CAPER FOR PUBLIC REVIEW The Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) reviews the activities, accomplishments and expenditures of funds distributed to Warren County through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development's (HUD) Entitlement Program. The CAPER for the 2025 Program Year is now available for public review and comment at the Warren County Economic Development Office, located at 406 Justice Drive, room 301, Lebanon, Ohio between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, or digitally by emailing CFrantzis@warrencountyohio.gov. Comments on said CAPER will be received from June 8, 2026 until June 22, 2026 (15-day day comment period). By order of the Warren County Board of Commissioners. 6-7/2026
