NOTICE TO BIDDERS Bids are due electronically through Montgomery County's OpenGov Procurement portal before 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 17th, 2026, for Project No. 130019-29, Stillwater Large Diameter Sanitary Sewer Lining, for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. Said Bids will be opened as soon thereafter as the opening can begin. All project documents are available on Montgomery County's OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://procurement.opengov.com/ portal/montgomerycountyoh. This project consists of the inspection, cleaning, and lining of two sections of large diameter sanitary sewer pipe. Section One is located directly north of the Shoup Mill Road Bridge over the Stillwater River. It runs parallel to the Stillwater River, on the East side of the river, and is located within the 100-year flood plain. It consists of approximately 1,800 linear feet of 36-inch diameter circular concrete pipe (Class C-76 III) and five Concentric Sanitary Sewer Manholes. Section Two is located between the west end of Bon Air Drive and the Stillwater River, running parallel to and west of Philadelphia Drive. This section of pipe consists of approximately 900 linear feet of 33-inch diameter Circular Concrete Pipe (Class C-76 II) and four concentric sanitary sewer manholes. Bypass pumping will be required for both Sections.
