NOTICE TO BIDDERS Bids are due electronically through Montgomery County's OpenGov Procurement portal before 1:30 p.m., September 9, 2026, for Project No. 130090-58, Erosion Control Site 4, Ladera Trail Manhole Replacement and Restoration, for the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department. Said bids will be opened as soon thereafter as the opening can begin. All project documents are available on Montgomery County's OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://procurement.opengov.com/ portal/montgomerycountyoh. Project includes the replacement of a manhole and accompanying sanitary sewer main along Holes Creek in Washington Township. Existing manhole and sewer will be removed or abandoned in place, and stream restoration efforts will be installed to protect the replaced manhole.
