Notice to Cut Noxious Weeds and/or Uncontrol

Notice to Cut Noxious Weeds and/or Uncontrolled Grasses Notice is hereby made to any owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of any land in the City of Vandalia, Ohio, upon which noxious weeds and/or grasses are uncontrollably growing that the same must be cut within five (5) days after this publication; further, that the same, shall be maintained to a height no greater than 8" and cut no less frequently than every thirty days during the growing season to prevent spreading or maturing of weeds without further notice of publication.
