NOTICE TO PROPOSERS Sealed Proposals for the Miami County Department of Development Housing Rehabilitation Inspector Services and Lead Based Paint Risk Assessment and Lead Clearance Services will be received by the Board of Miami County Commissioners at their office located at 201 W. Main Street, Troy, Ohio 45373, Safety Building, until Thursday, March 5th, 2026 at 1:40 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Commissioners' Hearing Room. Proposals will not be accepted after this date and time. The Proposal Documents may be obtained on the County website www.miamicountyohio.gov or by contacting Dan Suerdieck, Director, at dsuerdieck@miamicountyohio.gov Questions or comments regarding this RFP must be in writing and received by Dan Suerdieck at the email listed above by no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026. All such questions and answers will become addenda to this RFP, and will be posted to the Miami County website. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive irregularities in any Proposal, and to select the best Proposal in their sole judgment. Sealed Proposals shall be addressed to the Board of Miami County Commissioners and shall arrive or be delivered to their office on or before the above stated time and date. Proposals shall be separated and marked, "Housing Rehabilitation Inspector Services" and "Lead Based Paint Risk Assessment and Lead Clearance Services" and include the Proposer's name and address. Sealed Proposals must contain an original and two copies of the Proposal submission.
