OFFICIAL PROCLAMATION OF ELECTION In accordance with the Revised Code of Ohio, Section 3501.03, notice is hereby given that a Primary/Special Election will be held on May 5, 2026 in all precincts throughout the county, for the purpose of determining the following: Governor and Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Auditor of State, Secretary of State, Treasurer of State, Justices of the Ohio Supreme Court, United States Senator, Representative to Congress, State Senator, State Representatives, Judge of the Court of Appeals, Judges of the Court of Common Pleas, County Commissioner, County Auditor and choosing Members of State and County Democratic Central Committee, Members of State Republican Central Committee and Members of County Libertarian Central Committee. A Special Election in the City of Kettering for Member of Council 4th Ward-Unexpired Term Ending 12-31-2027. And determining the following issues: Municipal, Village, and Township tax levies, School District tax levies, bond issues, income taxes, charter amendments and local options.
