You are hereby notified that on July 22, 2025, a petition for the adoption of Kaydence McKinley Phipps (born April 21, 2025 at Montgomery, Ohio) was filed in Clark County Probate Court; and the consent and best interest hearing on said petition will be had before said Court on February 11, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. It is alleged in the Petition for Adoption, pursuant to R.C. 3107.07, that the consent of Bergin Oney Ulloa Montoya is not required due to the following: (X) the parent has failed without justifiable cause to provide more than de minimis contact with the minor for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption petition or placement of the minor in the home of the petitioner. (X) the parent has failed without justifiable cause to provide for the maintenance and support of the minor as required by law or judicial decree for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption petition or the placement of the minor in the home of the petitioner.
