McCoy III, whose whereabouts are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence, be ascertained. You are hereby notified that on April 10, 2025, a petition for the adoption of Lazarus Decimus McCoy (June 3, 2016, in Ohio) was filed in Clark County Probate Court, and the consent and best interest hearing on said petition will be had before said Court on May 26, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. It is alleged in the Petition for Adoption, pursuant to R.C. 3107.07, that the consents of Shyannah Elizabeth Lee Hall and Lannie D. McCoy III are not required due to the following: (X) the parent has failed without justifiable cause to provide more than de minimis contact with the minor for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption petition or placement of the minor in the home of the petitioner. (X) the parent has failed without justifiable cause to provide for the maintenance and support of the minor as required by law or judicial decree for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption petition or the placement of the minor in the home of the petitioner. A FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION, IF GRANTED, WILL TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO CONTACT THE MINOR.
