PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR RFQ# EPC2026001 2026-27 DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACTING SERVICES The Southwestern Ohio Educational Purchasing Council (a Public Entity/Owner), in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 167 and Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.65 through 153.72, is soliciting statements of qualifications for design-build contracting services in connection with Infrastructure Upgrades.
