PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk Services Salem Township Public Library The Board of Library Trustees of the Salem Township Public Library is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Construction firms for the purpose of serving as Construction Manager at Risk for the Salem Township Public Library Construction Project.
