PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CONSULTANT ENGINEERING SERVICES (NEPA) - CITY OF HAMILTON The City of Hamilton (the "City") invites interested parties to submit sealed statements of qualifications for consultant engineering services related to its BUT-Hamilton SS4A RFQ project (the "Project"). These qualifications are intended specifically for the NEPA portion of the Implementation Grant. All questions shall be submitted via the City's www.bidexpress.com page. The deadline for questions is July 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Copies of the complete Request for Qualifications may be obtained from www.bidexpress.com Statements of Qualifications must be delivered (not electronically submitted) to the City no later than July 31, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
