PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT The Board of Miami County Commissioners, through its Sanitary Engineering Department, intends to contract for civil engineering services in connection with the Woodward Hills Water Study. Engineering firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required services should reply with two (2) copies of a Statement of Qualifications no later than 1:35 P.M. on November 13, 2025. Statements received after this deadline will not be considered. Statements of Qualifications should include information regarding the firm's history; education and experience of owners and key technical personnel; the technical expertise of the firm's current staff; the firm's experience in designing similar projects; availability of staff; the firm's equipment and facilities; references; and any previous work performed for the Board of Miami County Commissioners. Following this evaluation, the Board of Miami County Commissioners will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm. The preliminary project description is as follows: Name of Project - Woodward Hills Water Study Location - Corner of State Route 571 and State Route 202, located in Miami County, Ohio Description - Installation of 8,000 linear feet of 12" C-909 waterline Estimated Total Cost - $1,650,000.00 (Including engineering, construction and contingencies.)
