PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A meeting of the City of Springboro Planning Commission, including a Public Hearing, will take place at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2026, in Council Chambers at the Springboro City Building, 320 West Central Avenue. The Public Hearing is regarding an application filed by the City of Springboro, property owner, requesting a major change to the approved general plan for the Easton Farm PUD-MU, Planned Unit Development-Mixed Use. This public hearing concerns a 60-acre residential component and specifically a request by the City to permit a public school on a 20-acre portion of the residential component. At a future date the site will be acquired by the Springboro Community Schools who will develop the site as an elementary school. The Public Hearing is being held under the terms of the Planning & Zoning Code of the City of Springboro.
