Public Hearing Notice All property owners and citizens of Fairfield, Ohio are hereby notified that a joint public hearing between the Planning Commission and City Council has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Fairfield Municipal Building, 5350 Pleasant Avenue, Fairfield, Ohio 45014. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit citizen input regarding modifications to Chapters 1130 (Zoning Regulations), 1131 (Use Regulations), 1132 (Planned Unit Developments and Overlay Districts), 1150 (Dimensional and Design Standards), 1151 (Parking and Loading), 1152 (Landscaping and Buffering), 1153 (Fences, Hedges, and Walls), 1155 (Signage), 1170 (Administration and Procedures), and 1171 (Definitions) of the Planning and Zoning Code as part of the Fairfield Codified Ordinances. Parties that wish to review the proposed changes may do so by visiting the Development Services Department located at the Fairfield Municipal Building.
