PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF DAYTON, OH City of Dayton's 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Programs The City of Dayton will hold a public comment period and public hearing on the Fiscal Year 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER reports the progress and performance of the 2025 Fiscal Year Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) programs administered by the City and will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by March 30, 2026. The Consolidated Plan outlines the planned use of federal entitlement funds under the CDBG, ESG, and HOME programs annually. A presentation and public hearing on the major program accomplishments from the 2025 CAPER will take place on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 4:30pm. The meeting will be held both virtually and in-person in the Planning & Resource Center on the Mezzanine, City Hall, 101 W. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402. Draft copies of the 2025 CAPER are available for review.
